Sunday quarters

I headed to the track early this morning to get in some laps before church. 1 mile warmup followed by 8 400s with 200s for rest. The clock was ticking and I had to call it done.

Off to church with a big cup of joe and I still kept nodding off during the music. We tried a different Thai place for lunch. Jon was with us and starving for Chinese. A short visit to Walmart and back home for more coffee by the fire.

There were three of us asleep in front of the fire at one point. That's a lazy Sunday.
